The Borden High School Outdoor Club has been a fixture in our building since its inception in 2002 . Over the last 17 years it has only grown in popularity with our student body .

Originally it was a small group of students interested in outdoor activities, and has since grown to include 94 students in 9th thru 12th grades . Over the years, our students have had the opportunity to experience canoeing, spelunking, trap shooting, camping, bird hunts, and hiking . Many of our students would not have had these experiences without the club.

Students recognize it is a privilege to be part of the club. They are required to write an essay , and have no discipline issues , along with maintaining their grades in order to remain an active member of the club. we look forward to continuing this tradition for many more years .
